A Pile of Lo-fi!

A Pile of Lo-fi! is a compilation series celebrating the creativity, ingenuity and resourcefulness of independent artists. A whole LP's worth of fresh new indie music, yours to download, share and enjoy!

Thanks to each and every group and individual who has graciously contributed to the creation and distribution this project.

In order to help our curators put together a smashing compilation each time around, we ask that you read and absorb these submissions guidelines:

* Please only email submissions to apileoflofi@gmail.com in order to help the curator keep track of what he/she has. It's as much for your benefit as for the curator's to not have your submission lost in the shuffle.

* Submissions should be in either MP3 format (preferably over 192kbps and never under 128kbps unless absolutely necessary) or uncompressed WAV or AIFF format.

* The attachment size limit for gmail is 20MB, so if your file is over that or your email's attachment size limit won't accomodate your file, please upload your file to an online storage site such as mediafire or megaupload (please not zshare or any of the others that only store the files for a limited time, in case we need to re-download your track for whatever reason)

* Please always write your subject line: "[Artist Name] Vol. [#] Submission" so that we know it's a submission even if there isn't a direct attachment.
