I existed below the hips during the summer and fall of 2007. bth is mellow and usually acoustic, always guitar based and always studio recordings. The concept of the project and the recordings creates beautiful soundscapes out of descriptions of awkward and uncomfortable situations, allowing them to be comfortable by simply accepting and floating upon the waves. below the hips is the older twin sister to Bellow the "Hi"s.
