"I am a Canadian student, originally from Ottawa, currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Computing program at Queen’s University in Kingston, ON., with a specialization in Cognitive Science. Since May of 2007 I have been living in Toronto, where I am engaged in an internship program with software development company, specializing in web content management and archiving. I specialize in user-interface design and development using rich internet application technology. Upon completion of the internship I will return to Queen’s for one more year to complete my degree.

A lot of my time is devoted to creating and listening to music. This site will allow me to share my musical creations and collaborations, and occasionally recommendations. I have been a member of the Ottawa-based band Eight Minute Veil since 2003 (currently on hiatus). Since 2004 I have been writing and recording solo material, and collaborating with the group Garçon Means Boy. The Music page contains mp3 downloads of these projects.

Aside from music, the site may reflect my other interests and findings, which may pertain to Cognitive Science, Artificial Intelligence, the future of the Internet and its impact upon society, Human-Computer Interaction, futurism, and other interesting tidbits pertaining to academics or technology in general. Finally, I may comment on happenings in the world around me, whether it be Toronto, Kingston, or anywhere else I find myself."
