Hey guys.
Aside from a few random things I haven't really produced many new recordings over the past few months. This is mostly due to the fact that the recording interface that I use broke down in April, and despite multiple attempts to have it repaired (and losing a lot of money in the process), it never worked out. During this time I recorded a lot of simple lo-fi acoustic based songs to my reel-to-reel tape machine that I got over my Christmas break and became almost completely knowledgeable of all it's properties and sound-manipulation possibilities.
I finally caved and spent an additional $300 on a new interface which finally came this week and once again opened up the world of digital recording to me, which is really fucking wonderful. I'm working on a something in between a full length and an EP called Slow Evolution which I'm trying to have done before August ends.
For now, here is a short three-song EP I recorded for my friend Ryan, which was kind of for the purpose of easing myself back into using computers to record (tape was also heavily employed on these songs). Hope you like it!

Into the Great Black Unknown remixed and reworked! The first two tracks of IGBU were slightly remixed, more or less just volume work, while the latter tracks were wildly reworked, and thus renamed. Two new tracks were also recorded as intro and outro tracks. The Intro was recorded to establish the running musical theme while the Outro was added to round the whole thing out.
Probably the most ambitious release in the Indoor Yeti Catalog to date. Each track represents a creature that lives within a tide pool's ecology.
Intended to be listened to as one pseudo-continuous piece of music.
The composer strongly recommends the use of headphones when listening.

this has the most people in any Adventure! album ever. all the peeps who were in this album are on Adventure!'s front page. THIS ALBUM WAS MENT TO BE LISENED TO ALL THE WAY THROUGH, WITH NO STOPS. but you can if you want. it is an hour long jam session cut into 6 and 4 minuet sections.
Originally released onto the net April 8th 2010 it was me coming back from a long and not-meant-to-be hiatus. This album is a mix of madness and loops, loose and firm shapes. Very experimental and quite rushed in the end, but still I find it an enjoyable ride.
