crushed flowers

crushed flowers is a 37 part love song i'm working on. at the pace i'm going at, i'll finish it up sometime in 2017... yeah... these first three songs were recorded in my apartment while my roommates were in kansas, or somewhere far far away.

if you like kinda cheesy love songs that sound sort of similar + are really short + recorded on a one-track cassette recorder from a thrift store, then ohmigosh! you've found the love that the crushed flowers epic pines for!

here's a smidge of background on the songs...

crushed flowers pt 1 - it rained a lot when i was back home. it rained a lot when i got to anchorage. anchorage has jolly fun docks, lots of cops, + i am totally looking for someone real pretty who will let me crush some flowers in the dirt while i'm looking at the flowers on her skirt.

crushed flowers pt 2 - popcorn battles are the best. my roommate's girlfriend does not like these popcorn battles. my roommate + i enjoi these thoroughly. i'd bet popcorn battles with a lover would be fantastic!

crushed flowers pt al gore - it's true, i was gonna piss out 'what now al gore?!' in the snow. in april. alaska does that to you.
