ViewsAfter 3 years worth of songs and over a year spent recording, DOWNER was released in September 2008.
It is the first official full-length release by Justin Passino/For the Kid in the Back.
The album is about death, loss, love, friendship and learning to understand your mistakes.
Justin Passino wrote and recorded everything except for "Be Careful Sam", which was written and recorded by Devlin Rice in 2002.
The lovely Allison Love sang on Ugly Little Moments.

"The Pills You Take" and "Hopeless Romantic" are particularly great. This gives me my fix for something like old-school Jimmy Eat World, only in a folk setting, which is a perfect for me.
