This took what seemed like a really long time to get together, and i'm glad its finally at a point were i'm happy enough to release it. I hope whoever listens to this enjoys it my favorite part is the second half of the album mostly 'cancel the sky', The Daydreamers (Ship Song) and 'sleepwalking (in greyscale)'. This was recorded on four track so you can hear the tape going crazy sometimes. I appreciate any feedback or reviews or whatever really. This was fun to make and that's the most important thing to me.

messengers: This song took so long to record, the pacing is a little strange so i messed it up a lot, mostly because i suck at guitar. But i like this song it's fun :).

redemption: This was really easy to record and Shaun played glock on this (I think)It's another song filled with religious and water references.

glass and grain: I really like Matt's drums on this song.

arriving in dust: One of the first songs I written, Matt liked it so we recorded it for this album I like this recording the melodica fills out the song nicely.

how bright you burn: The organ really kicks in on this song pretty difficult to record live like that.

cancel the sky: One of my favorites, this would probably be the first single from the album if i was Britney Spears.

the feather, the sky, and the lighthouse keeper: There's a nice instrumental part in the middle of this song. Recorded in the dark.

sleepwalking (in greyscale: Another one of my favorites, I like that matt does a bit of singing on this he's usually reluctant to sing on my songs.

the daydreamers (ship song)I really like this one too, if you listen to any track on this album, I'd suggest this one, especially if you like long drone like endings.

It feels like some strange indie rock opera of sorts.

This is a lovely record. I like every song very much and I'm glad you're not Britney Spears but "Cancel the Sky" does have 'first single' written all over it haha.

I'm so glad you liked ship song, I was afraid with it being at the end people might not hear it and that would be sucky haha. It had to be at the end though it's that kind of song to me. Thanks for commenting amy. :)

this is really lovely...the daydreamers (ship song) is an incredibly beautiful song, the verse "i would sing you every song that had every made you smile, in hopes that you would sing those songs to someone else" gives me goosebumps <3

I'm really glad you liked it. It was one of the song titles at one point but I decided to use it for the album name as the song wasn't epic enough for a title like that lol. Thanks for posting. :)

I like all of it but that album title is one of the best I've ever heard.
I was hoping it was a song.
