Indie popper Garden on a Trampoline (the artist formerly known as James Eric) and bedroom folkie Patrick Ripoll join forces by splitting up three songs each on this charity release for the We Heart Arts Organization, a Children's creative arts non-profit organisation. The rules were simple; both must cover one song by each other, then submit two newly recorded original compositions. "True Love Waits (True Lust Takes)" features Courtney Ripoll on guest vocals. I think AS you typed that comment, Patrick, I was editing the page with that credit : )
"True Love Waits" is one of your best recordings... your sista did a great job.
The transition between the epic ending of "Bottled Up (nothing i say is right)" and me asking my mom not to make too much noise while I record "True Love Waits (True Lust Takes)" made me laugh quite a bit.
I'd also like to take this space to credit my younger sister, Courtney, for her back-up vocals on "True Love Waits".
