A light breathes through the window,
wakes the dust on our piano
and heats the room without invitation.
The occupancy has been taken,
where a dream lays and our hearts will run.
Our children are all sleeping,
they've been jaunting in Malasia,
in the garden by the shed, to hunt for bears.
The youngest will refuse to get scared,
she teaches us to never be scared.
Let's bathe in Isafjordur,
we can sing this on together,
and remember when you cried and you wrote me.
The words that you inscribed speak endlessly,
"Let's face the storm to see the sea."
The fire is wild with life
and Snow falls round our bed
Embraced by Autumn's paint
This cold is warm enough.
The storm is far behind us and we're living in the sea, now.

How very beautiful
For sure! Thanks for the kind words! and I'm glad you enjoyed the artwork :) If you would like to hear some of the final recordings of some of the demo songs, you can click on my "Everything I Have Ever Needed" release. That has some of the demo songs re-done on it and with a little higher quality on most, but I do love doing lo-fi stuff as well :) Thanks again for the interest!
