Look to the Sky! (Tinyfolkian Scraps)
Some new, some old. Good or bad, I hate having songs sitting around.
Track 1 was originally on the compilation "recycling the throwaways" put out in 2006 on bunch of beatniks riding a rocket, which was a wonderful weblabel/blog and anticipated the greatness that was to come with CLLCT.
Track 2 has a Ryoji Ikeda sample.
Track 3 is from the Real Live Tigers tribute record Toby Foster put out in late 2007.
Track 4 is a thing.
Track 5 is a They Might Be Giants cover I recorded a few weeks ago.
Track 6 is the closing theme music for Rick Katschke's new podcast Host and Guest (itunes link).
Track 7 will be on a soon-to-be-released compilation from New Moon Compilations. It samples that song at the intro screen of Katamari Damacy.
Track 8 is from the 2005 winter split with Caj, Decembrrrr. I kind of think it's dumb, but I kind of like it, too. I dunno.
The cat in the cover photo is named Ashby. Meghan Lamb took the picture.

I think Stay Poor really wasn't what people were expecting, and that was mostly why people were all "WTF?!" It was a major departure at the time. Now it doesn't seem so weird.

Keep your heart, three stacks, keep your heart.
I already have "Stay Poor" but I think it works better in this context. It's so terrifying here.
...what Steven said
what a strange release, I really dig "Magic Horses!"
