This is Akka's first release, recorded over seven months in 2008. As a special project passed along in the style of Chinese whispers, 10 soundscape artists across the globe mailed a single track from one to the other, building and editing as it moved. In just over twenty minutes, without stopping for rest, Mount Kailash is a peregrination between different worlds, genres and sounds that surprise and hypnotise.
