'petals' was difficult to make. the process took about three years and was bogged down with pretty much any and every problem one can possibly have in their mid-twenties. there were six moves across several states, nine months of unemployment, countless all-nighters where nothing was accomplished at all, creative tension and, of course, tons of recording equipment in various states of complete breakdown.
