1. Prose 97 Million is based on a poem written about a girl who had a very unique name, who liked me. i messed it up by telling her i was still in love with my ex.
2. A Soft Warm is about a particular girls flesh. also about our relationship and the people who came between us.
3. Falling For You is about a friend of mine who i like and how we started making music.
4. Kill Kiss Shoes is about the time me and my friend went to a theme park and brought our guitars. we tried to play on a roller coaster but they kicked us out. then we went to her home and her ex boyfriend was sleeping on the couch.
5. The Death Gathering Dog is about my feelings for a perfect creature, and how things can change between people, except for my love.
6. White Pills (a.k.a. pillow flakes) is about a girl i dated who lived in a basement studio. she used to cook me lots of food, but the place would get filled with smoke and you could hardly breath so we'd have to go upstairs to eat it. we liked to have pillow fights. she liked to take lots of pills.
7. Mixed Up Angel is about a beautiful co-worker who i had a major crush on. then we dated for a while, i realized i didn't really like her. we broke up.
8. Today Is Someday is about how i was finally ready for this girl who i kinda was trying to avoid. she kept calling me and i would not return her calls. then i called her. we met up and made out.
9. Why Knots lyrics were written by B-side. it's about the time me and her went to a why?/ reaching quiet/anticon show at the epicenter.
10. Oh, Singer is about how i wanted to hear a song that would make me feel better.
11. Acting On Instinct is an instrumental song of me acting on instinct at a piano.
12. Dances On The Avenue is about how a certain chick who left me when her ex started calling her again. we used to go out and get drunk at night and dance in the middle of the street.
13. Trouble is about a friend of mine and his girlfriend who were both unhappy so she would blatantly cheat on him, but he was like blinded by love/lust. then he cheated on her and they all of a sudden were happy together.
14. Burned By Air Part 2 is the original version actually.
15. Shelter From The Norm is about how i compare things i like about a woman with things in nature, and things i don't like, like routine.
16. Beef Jerk is half written by b-side and half by dr. yobb, this is me freestyle playing and reading our poem book that we kept in the bathroom and wrote in each time we took a sh*t.
17. Another Cause For Insomnia is a song i wrote late at night when i had to go to work really early in the morning. not being able to fall asleep usually happens to me when i have to work early. i stay up and write.
18. Candy Date is my alternate version of a previously recorded political punk rock song. called candidate.
19. Fuck Yer Sh*t, I'm Rock and Roll was a test of a crappy microphone i found and a cheap amp i had just fixed. then i liked how it came out.
20. Conversations is about a actress i met who i had an immediate attraction to. who was an amazing singer and very, very beautiful. i soon got tired of her always asking me the same thing. "how was your day today?" pppllleeebbbbbb!
21. Trash Can Hand is another half and half lyric by b-side and dr. yobb. also another one take improvisation of playing and reading.
22. Green Fingertips lyrics are about 3/4 written by dr. yobb the other 1/4 by b-side. another improv one take.
