Sweet & Sour
2006
"Sweet & Sour, on the other hand, was conceived months and months before recording even began, and was really a try at mixing the sweetness of indie-pop with my incessant desire to be a pretentious prick and release a double album."-Isaac during an interview at Electric Tomatoes

Quote from Blanketarms's livejournal upon release:
"It's very lo-fi, as it was recorded on freeware, using a borrowed USB microphone. Although that (cheap) technology was used to get the music from us to you, the actual music itself is very basic. The album isn't all "acoustic" per se, as we use chord organ which needs to be plugged in to run the fan...But everything on this record is analogue. No synthesized imstruments, no drum machines, no chorus or reveb on the vocals...Just what sounds we can make with the things we have lying about the apartment - guitars, banjos, hands, etc."

Shouldn't "Night There" actually be "Right There?"
i think me and my wife nichole and adam coppus do the "duh duh doooo's" on "Eff that Ess"!! AT least I have some recollection of doing that at some point.
I miss this.
I'm so happy this is up for everyone to hear.
