This is not the full album. The full album is smoky, and strange. It welcomes you in, takes your coat for you, lights a nice fire and sets beside you to warm up. It then makes you feel awkward and exposed, but oddly intrigued. Through it you'll hear a sweet acoustic song with a constantly shifting time-signature. Songs about ruthless murderers turned gentle lovers. A biblical tale with a neo-gypsy beat that could be mistaken for a Kid A b-side. Eventually, you're offered a desperate profession of love, but not before hearing a conversation with a dead man, spoke around a massive campfire. Talks is something that happened and is happening.
