The Sting Gray Split
A monthly project in which I suggest one word and any prolific CLLCT member who can record quickly, can submit a track. This month, the word was "Stingray" and these are the results. Click on the artists, check out their amazing other songs. Visit the forums for future one-word song posts.
Garden on a Trampoline is my ambient side project that is slowly coming into fruition. Let me know what you think of this EP. Oh and stingrays, BTW, are amazing. They're my favorite species. If you know me, then this is terrifyingly obvious by now.

Yeah, i'm in agreement with you on that Russ. It was done 'on the fly' and after a song is completed, I usually delete the .wav files since they take up so much space. But that won't be the case for the 'collaboration record' now that I just bought a bigger hard drive last night.
Thanks for your wonderful song for this :) It might be a monthly challenge if enough people are into it.
These are awesome. Jim, you should mix your lead vocals lower on I am a Stingray, it's my one nitpick from an otherwise awesome song.
Thanks D. The ambient song at the end is sort of where I'm headed, but there will be some more high-energy stuff on the new record. I really love your track so very much. Thanks for kickstarting this :)
woo good job everyone! I like being parts of things. I really like the ambient song, James. A lot. I also like all the digital crunchiness that people are putting on their vocals. I want to talk more about all the thigns on this I like the most, but then I would feel like I'm neglecting the things I love also but not as much. Or something.
Cuz this is a 'bold' record, friend :)
why are all the comments in bold?
ooh, these are so delightful !
I'm going through my KID A transformation period, probably :) Thanks Steven. Every body on here is great and I'm proud.
James, you are starting to sound like Radiohead. =)
