this album was recorded in my bedroom on many a sleepless beautiful night in virginia. any mistakes and imperfections have been left untouched to preserve both reality and my own laziness. it's basically a year of channeling my ideas, thoughts, feelings and experiences into something i could share with others...

so, here it is for what it's worth...i hope someone will get some kind of joy or something else useful out of it...
