With Ears To Oak
This was my first album to use real instruments. I did not altogether discard FL Studio however, as much of this contained loop parts, partially for ease, partially as an experiment into a new way of recording for me. I am not completely satisfied with this album, as I feel I rushed it to have it done for Summer for shows. However, I am proud of select parts of it, as it contains some lyrics i love that i wrote and some songs that are just fun or interesting. My personal stand-outs:
Presenting: With Ears To Oak, Driving, July!, Song For Ashley, I am The Mountain, Son I'll Protect You, Our Lives, and Airplane. That is a lot, but if you listen to any, I would go with those ones.
The album was recorded over the course of about 3 months using: Acoustic Guitar, Ukulele, Casio CTK-451, a Recorder, FL Studio, and my voice in various ways.
