The Southwest Folk Fest is a 2-day DIY folk music fest held in Western Springs, Illinois (located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago). Starting the day of August 8th and ending the night of August 9th, the Southwest Folk Fest features 35 folk musicians from all over the country and celebrates DIY art.

Additionally, the Fest will be showing artwork from a number of different artists. An optional sleepover will also take place.
