As large as Wilt Chamberlain loomed over the game of basketball, his 100-point performance on March 2, 1962, in Hershey, Pennsylvania, might loom even larger.

It’s an achievement so incredible that now, even all these years later, a sheet of paper with the number 100 is still enough to induce debate and awe.

The Wilt Chamberlain Memorial Fund was established in 2001, two years after Chamberlain died, with a mission to continue the charitable efforts pioneered during his life, including funding scholarships for youth.

The foundation is now holding an online fundraiser called the “76ers Legends Auction” and selling pieces from the court in Hershey where Chamberlain had his most famous performance during the Philadelphia Warriors' 169-147 victory over the New York Knicks.

Pieces of the court have sold before, including just last month at Goldin Auctions for $3,172.
