Just days after former President Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, a website owned by Trump began selling shoes featuring an image from the shooting.

GetTrumpSneakers.com is selling “Fight! Fight! Fight!” High Tops, with an image of Trump raising his fist and a line of blood coming across his face after being shot in the ear Saturday.

The sneakers cost $299 each, and the site notes only 5,000 will be made. There is a limit of three per customer, and 10 will be signed and sent at random. If the sneakers sell out, the Trump campaign will gross $1.5 million from the sales.

“These limited edition high-tops, featuring Trump’s iconic image with his fist raised, honor his unwavering determination and bravery,” the description reads.

The sneakers are made in men’s full sizes 5 through 13. As of 9:30 am ET on Wednesday, sizes 9 through 13 were sold out.

Many were bought by opportunists. As of that time, 109 of the pairs were posted on eBay.

One seller on eBay has been selling what he says are tickets to the rally in Butler, Pa. He has sold more than 100 at $6.50. A close check shows that all the barcodes are the same, making it impossible they are individual tickets.

One apparently legitimate item from the Butler rally did appear to sell on eBay — a parking pass from the day — for $385.

Another opportunist took a blank piece of paper signed by Trump and printed the AP photo of Trump raising his fists with the flag in the background. A now common practice in the industry, when done right, it looks like the subject signed the image.

The item will appear in Iconic’s next auction, which opens Friday.

Iconic Auction founder Jeff Woolf told cllct the consignor was waiting for nearly 10 years for the right moment to change his Trump signed blank piece of paper into something better.

“He told me that he held onto it just to see if there would be any cool photos of Trump during his presidency,” Woolf said. “He almost printed the mug shot on it, but held off because it would’ve gone over his face, then this fist pump photo came up, and he knew it was the right photo to do it with.”

Woolf said a blank piece of paper signed by Trump sells for $400 to $600. He believes this will sell for at least $10,000.

“Trump is not signing on the campaign trail,” Woolf said. “It’s the only way you’re getting this photo signed.”
