Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter, a projected top-five pick in this month's NFL Draft, has signed an an exclusive autographed trading card agreement with Panini America, the company announced Monday.
The former Colorado standout dazzled college football on both sides of the ball, locking down opposing offenses at cornerback and adding explosive performances as a wide receiver.
In addition to the Heisman, Hunter was awarded both the Fred Biletnikoff and Chuck Bednarik awards for the game’s top receiver and defensive player, respectively.
“Travis is a singular talent who has performed incredibly both on and off the field,” Jason Howarth, senior vice president of marketing and athlete relations at Panini, said in a statement. “He has a bright future ahead, and we look forward to supporting him both as he begins his NFL journey and in the years to come.”
The company plans to include Hunter in its NFL products as well as the Panini Instant program.
