Ever wonder how much a meal with Jake Tapper and Paul Rudd would cost you?

We found our answer Thursday, as the opportunity for lunch for two with the duo in Manhattan sold on eBay for $20,000.

Rudd is known for roles in popular comedies, including "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy" and "I Love You, Man." Rudd has also portrayed the superhero Ant-Man in a number of Marvel films.

Tapper is best known as the host of CNN's "The Lead with Jake Tapper" and co-host of "State of the Union."

The sale was part of a series of auctions run by Home For Our Troops, a charity that builds and donates custom homes for veterans. Other experiences sold at auction included VIP tickets for "Real Time with Bill Maher" ($14,000) and a visit to the set of an upcoming Will Ferrell production ($10,100).

“You will have the opportunity to break bread with these two individuals and ask them your burning questions,” read the description for the Tapper and Rudd lunch.

The winning bidder will be able to attend the lunch with a guest at an agreed-upon time and location in Manhattan. It notes there are no age restrictions, and the offer must be used within a year.

Auctions for an opportunity to have lunch with a celebrity are nothing new.

Warren Buffett previously offered a yearly auction on eBay to allow winning bidders to dine with the “Oracle of Omaha,” with proceeds benefiting a San Francisco charity focusing on assisting the poor, homeless or those battling substance abuse.

In 2022, the winning bidder spent $19 million for the honor — the last time Buffett ran the auction, which began in 2000. That price was the most expensive charity item ever sold on eBay.
