LSU star Angel Reese, the 2024 SEC Player of the Year, has signed a partnership with Panini America, the company announced Wednesday.

The deal includes all of Reese’s autographed trading cards and memorabilia. The relationship began with a Panini Instant card Wednesday (releasing at 3 p.m. ET), as well as another card planned to debut during the WNBA Draft on Monday.

Reese, who helped lead the Tigers to the 2022-23 NCAA title, is projected to be a top 10 pick.

“As a little girl growing up, you always dream of playing basketball and getting your first trading card," Reese said. "I can’t wait for fans everywhere to be able to start collecting my Panini cards."

Reese became a marketing session off the court, known as the "Bayou Barbie."

“Angel is an outstanding talent and an electric player, and we are excited to welcome her to the Panini family as an exclusive athlete,” said Jason Howarth, Panini senior vice president of marketing and athlete relations.

Reese is also expected to be featured in Panini’s collegiate and WNBA products, including their WNBA Origins, WNBA Prizm, and WNBA Select Basketball releases later this year.

Panini announced a similar partnership with Iowa’s Caitlin Clark last month, offering their first Clark card for pre-sale earlier this month.
