Let's get ready to rumble ... for real this time?

Mike Tyson and Jake Paul will face off in a news conference at the inaugural Fanatics Fest on Sunday, Aug. 18, at 2 pm ET.

The news conference, which will take place at the Javits Center in New York, will mark the first time the two will appear publicly together since their previous fight was postponed twice, once for Nov. 15, 2023 and once for July 20, 2024.

The current bout, will take place exactly one year after the first edition was scheduled, Friday, Nov. 15, at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin and Fanatics Collectibles CEO Mike Mahan discuss their expectations for Fanatics Fest.

The news conference is sure to add spectacle and increase interest for Fanatics Fest, which the company has said it hopes will be a "comic-con for sports."

ESPN's Ryan Clark will host the press conference, which will take place on the third day of Fanatics Fast, which runs Aug. 16-18.
