With the 2025 Tokyo Series underway, pitting the Los Angeles Dodgers against the Chicago Cubs at the Tokyo Dome, a baseball signed by Japanese stars Shohei Ohtani, Rōki Sasaki, Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Shota Imanaga sold for $59,999.99 at Fanatics.

Listed at a fixed price as part of the second installment of the monthly Shohei Ohtani Signature Collection, the ball is signed by each player in Kanji and is billed as a one-of-one.

Additionally, the ball features the 2025 Tokyo Series logo, however, it was not used in the game.

The price is a stunning number for a signed ball, and rivals the price for a mid-to-high-grade Babe Ruth signed ball.

Other items from the drop, which is now sold out, includes an autographed game-used baseball from Game 1 of the 2024 World Series ($74,999.99), an autographed and inscribed jersey collage ($49,999.99) and a game-used ball from Ohtani’s 50-50 game inscribed “1st Ever 50/50” ($74,999.99).
