“The launch of the Caitlin Clark Collection is another milestone for Panini and celebrates an athlete who has had a profound impact on and off the basketball court,” Jason Howarth, Panini’s senior vice president of marketing and athlete relations, said in a statement. “We think that fans will love the cards in this collection, and as she continues in her professional career, we look forward to expanding our offerings featuring Caitlin.”

The No. 1 pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft following a historic career at Iowa, Clark signed a multi-year partnership with Panini in March. Clark’s agreement was Panini’s first exclusive deal with a female athlete to include trading cards and autographed memorabilia.

“To be able to have my own trading card set that celebrates my time at Iowa and those special moments as a kid when I fell in love with the game of basketball is special,” Clark added. “Knowing that basketball fans everywhere, especially young girls and boys, will be able to collect these cards is humbling.”

After a slow start to the season, Clark is now averaging 16 points, seven assists and six rebounds per game. Her card market has adjusted accordingly with Card Ladder’s Caitlin Clark Index up nearly 9 percent over the last month.

Though she has yet to appear in a traditional flagship WNBA release, Clark has been featured often through Panini Instant releases. One of those Instant cards, the Blue Viper 1/1 Autograph, sold in May for $24,921.60 to set a record for any public WNBA sale.

Clark’s first WNBA card, another Blue Viper 1/1 Autograph, sold in April for $10,000 via Dutch Auction.
