A number of high-dollar cards from the Caitlin Clark Rookie of the Year Panini Instant Collection sold out quickly Friday, including a Blue Viper 1/1 Autograph for $97,212, a new record for any Clark card.

The Blue Viper 1/1 Autograph sold via Dutch auction after starting at $100,000. The price dropped every five minutes before eventually selling within the hour.

In addition to the Blue Viper 1/1 Autograph and the base card, which retails for $9.99, Panini released seven other parallels with Buy-It-Now prices ranging from $249.99 for the Jungle /25 to $7,499.99 for a Jaguar /10 Autograph.

All parallels, other than the Blue Viper 1/1 Autograph, sold out within the first five minutes.

The previous record for any Clark card was the $84,000 paid in September for her 2024 Panini Instant WNBA Draft Blue Viper 1/1 at Fanatics Collect. That card originally sold for $10,000 raw directly through Panini in April.

Prior to that record, the 2022 Bowman University Superfractor 1/1 PSA 10 had held the high price for any Clark card since January after fetching $78,000 at PWCC.

In addition to high-end sales, Clark has remained one of the most popular athletes in the trading card hobby. Over the last year, data tool Market Movers tracked more than 22,000 sales for Clark on the secondary market, the 13th most among basketball players and the 10th most among active players.

Clark’s card prices have soared in value, too, with Card Ladder’s Clark Index, which tracks 26 of her most important cards, up 323% over the last year.
