A new deal between Topps and Sadaharu Oh will place the world's home-run king in more than a dozen upcoming baseball products in 2024 and 2025, Fanatics Collectibles announced Wednesday.

Considered one of the greatest power hitters in baseball history, Oh hit 868 home runs during a 22-year career with the Yomiuri Giants of Japan’s Nippon Professional Baseball. Barry Bonds is the all-time MLB home run leader with 762.

Expected to appear in 13 total sets, Oh’s first appearance arrived last week with the release of 2024 Topps Chrome Update Baseball. That set features six total Oh autographs, including a 1/1 Superfractor.

The next scheduled releases to include Oh are currently 2024 Definitive on Dec. 11 and 2024 Luminaries on Dec. 27.

According to Topps, Oh will have 24 total autographs across the 13 releases, including a 1/1 dual autograph with Hank Aaron in 2024 Topps Definitive and a 1/1 triple autograph featuring Oh, Aaron and Babe Ruth in 2024 Topps Transcendent.

Oh will also be featured with other Japanese stars, including a 1/1 dual autograph alongside Shohei Ohtani in 2025 Topps Sterling and a 1/1 triple autograph with Oh, Ohtani and Ichiro Suzuki in 2025 Topps Definitive.

According to data tool Card Ladder, the highest public sale for an Oh card is the $72,000 paid for a 1959 Marumatsu Scoreboard PSA 9 at Heritage in 2022.
