The 2024 Topps Graphite Tennis set will make its hobby debut Wednesday as Fanatics Collectibles continues its push into the tennis market.
The series features more than 200 players with match-worn memorabilia from nearly 75% of the field, including cover athletes Coco Gauff and Ben Shelton.
This is Fanatics' second tennis release of the year following August's 2024 Topps Chrome Tennis set — the second tennis set in the Topps Chrome line.
All athletes in the set will earn incremental off-court revenue via the Winners Alliance group licensing program. The structure of the sets and payment to the athletes is modeled after similar systems in the NFLPA and NBPA.
In addition to the 200-card base set, there are myriad insert cards, including Winning Streaks, Rivalries and Confetti, as well as an extensive autograph list.
Hobby boxes will retail for $149.99 and feature four packs with five cards per pack. Boxes include two autograph cards and one autograph relic card per box, on average.
In addition to active stars such as Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz, Iga Swiatek and Aryna Sabalenka, legends such as Billie Jean King, Chris Evert and Pete Sampras are also included.
Notably absent from the set are Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Serena Williams — though Venus Williams is included — and current ATP World No. 1 Jannik Sinner.
