Indiana Fever and Pacers fans will be able to bring home souvenir tickets this week, Pacers Sports and Entertainment announced Thursday.
Attendees of the Fever’s home opener Thursday night, as well as the Pacers' playoff game Friday night, will have the ability to upload a digital photo via a code on their ticket, creating “a highly personalized custom keepsake memorializing their visit.”
The announcement, which comes as No. 1 draft pick Caitlin Clark makes her WNBA home debut and the Pacers try to stay alive in Game 6 against the Knicks in the second round of the NBA playoffs, follows the WNBA’s decision to create physical tickets for last month’s WNBA Draft.
Spokenote, an Indiana-based tech company which was announced as the Pacers’ jersey patch sponsor in January 2024, is behind the souvenir ticket technology.
“This is an incredibly exciting time to be a Pacers and Fever fan, and by leveraging Spokenote’s technology, fans can memorialize these unforgettable moments with a personalized memento as unique as their Gainbridge Fieldhouse experience,” said Todd Taylor, PS&E’s president and chief commercial officer.
Official souvenir tickets will not be made available for retail purchase and will be distributed only to fans attending each of the team’s next games.
