The market for Shohei Ohtani memorabilia shows no sign of slowing down.
One month after his 50th home run ball sold for a record-shattering $4.4 million, multiple Ohtani pieces fetched eye-popping sums at Goldin Auctions over the weekend.
Ohtani’s 54th and final home run ball from the 2024 season sold for $158,600 to lead the entire game-used auction.
Following closely behind was the ball used during the game in which Ohtani stole his 50th base of the season, selling for $148,230.

The third base bag from the 50-50 game, which was used from the bottom of the first inning (replacing the bag which Ohtani stole for his 50th stolen base) for the remainder of the game, sold for $91,522. The base was also used as the second base bag for multiple subsequent Miami Marlins games.
Ohtani’s 30th home run ball of the 2024 season notched $86,620, while the ball from Ohtani’s 176th career homer (on which he passed Hideki Matsui for the most homers hit by a Japanese-born player in MLB history) sold for $57,340.
A 2022 Ohtani jersey matched to four games sold for $35,380, and a game-used ball from Ohtani’s 2018 MLB debut game sold for $29,280.
Ohtani’s locker room tag, featuring the Dodgers’ logo and his No. 17, attributed to the 50-50 game, sold for $26,840.
