Trading card scanner app Ludex will sponsor the VIP Lounge for the 2024 National Sports Collectors Convention, in partnership with TikTok Shop, CGC Cards and media partner Dappz Sports.
The lounge, located on the lower level of the I-X Convention Center, will be available for attendees with a five-day pass and will feature panel discussions, giveaways, live-streamed shows and more.
With the goal of providing an upgraded experience for VIPs, CGC and other co-sponsors will offer elevated services differentiated from the standard offerings available to the broader audience.
“The Ludex team is excited to host the VIP Lounge for the 2024 National,” Ludex CEO Brian Ludden told cllct. “We partnered with TikTok Shop, CGC, and Dappz Sports to enhance the value of the VIP experience with exclusive giveaways and promotions.”
Highlights of the lounge’s itinerary includes visits from Bears legend Brian Urlacher, who will be giving away signed memorabilia Thursday (from 2-3 p.m. ET), as well as its own concessions and giveaways from CGC.
“It’s great to give a place for collectors to unwind and get back onto the show floor feeling rested,” Ludden said.
The lounge will offer VIPs their own space to step away from the hustle and bustle of the show, with plenty of seating as well as phone-charging stations.
Ludex also will provide an interactive map via its app, where collectors will be able to search for and locate specific dealers, booths and companies on the convention floor.
The Ludex app is available on Apple and Google.
