Customers can expect delays in PSA grading service timelines due to a high volume of incoming submissions in recent weeks, the third-party grading giant announced Sunday night.
According to PSA, the unboxing and system entry of delivered packages has slowed the overall process. Submissions for Bulk and Value service levels are the most impacted.
A PSA spokesperson confirmed to cllct that delays aren't expected to be long-term and all timelines are expected to return to normal within a few weeks.

“We are currently increasing staffing in our receiving department to help alleviate the issue, while also bringing new technology online in the first quarter of 2025 that will help keep receiving times consistent going forward,” the company wrote in a statement.
