A panel featuring Tom Brady and Stephen A. Smith is planned for Fanatics Fest NYC in August, Fanatics Events announced Wednesday morning.
The panel, dubbed "True Grit with Tom Brady hosted by Stephen A. Smith," will feature the NFL legend and ESPN personality in conversation ranging from sports “and beyond.”
As Brady readies himself to enter the next stage in his career as an NFL broadcaster with FOX, he will spar with one of the most famous on-camera talents in the industry in Smith.
The duo will join the crop of recently announced panels such as Knicks players Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart alongside actor and king of Knicks Twitter Ben Stiller, as well as a conversation between former arch-rivals Derek Jeter and David Ortiz.
This live programming will accompany a full list of activations, exhibitions and displays catering to collectors at the inaugural event at the Javits Center, where the company promises “to celebrate and elevate modern sports fandom in all its forms.”
